Data Analyst, Predictive Analytics

Role Overview BCG X is seeking a Data Analyst in Predictive Analytics to collaborate on high-impact business strategy cases in Bengaluru or Gurgaon. In this role, you will build and deploy advanced analytical models to help clients achieve total business transformation. You will work within global consulting teams to deliver data-driven insights and design generative AI systems. Key Responsibilities - Gather requirements and develop predictive models using regression, classification, and timeseries methods. - Apply statistics and machine learning to build solutions for pricing, marketing, and demand forecasting. - Implement NLP and GenAI pipelines, including chunking, embedding, and semantic search configurations. - Design multi-agent workflows using agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph. - Deliver insights through high-quality reports, dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations. - Support proposal development and build sales collaterals to generate business leads. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 2 to 4 years of experience delivering advanced analytics solutions in a commercial setting. - Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, and familiarity with Git. - Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI). - Experience with AI model evaluation frameworks and generative AI concepts.
