Key Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for farmers-Take control of Inbound calls, listen, understand, and log their issues
• Turn problems into action by creating and assigning cases to the right teams
• Drive closure by following up and ensuring issues are resolved on time
• Stay close to the ground by collecting harvest data from farmers- Outbound calls
• Keep everything accurately updated so no farmer request gets lost Who we are looking for We're looking for a mission-driven individual who is passionate about making a tangible difference in the lives of smallholder farmers. Must-Haves- ● Bsc/Msc in Agriculture or Horticulture ● Knowledge on horticulture/crop management ● Good communicator ● Comfortable with data management Nice-to-Haves- ● Go-getter attitude - Someone who delivers on what they say they will do and who will do everything needed to fulfill the need of the customer ● Farmer centric - someone who can easily make rapport with rural people ● Listening - someone who is patient and can listen to customers in any situation.
