Role Overview Teleperformance is seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our global team in Pune. Key Responsibilities - Answer customer inquiries and provide post-sale technical and non-technical support. - Deliver customer service and resolve issues via phone, online chat, or email. - Handle high-volume, low-complexity inquiries in a call-center environment. - Conduct basic customer issue analysis and troubleshoot complex issues under guidance. - Coordinate order statuses, returns, or technical repairs as a client liaison. - Apply established procedures to resolve routine issues independently. - Collaborate with supervisors to continuous improve service quality. Required Qualifications - High school diploma, vocational education, or basic technical training. - No prior experience required; open to freshers with good interpersonal skills. - Basic knowledge of computer operations and standard office applications. - Strong customer service orientation and clear verbal communication skills.
