(English Only) Ability to handle International Clients or website visitors inbound calls , live chats, tickets, email received. Follow webbee’s standard communications procedures and guidelines. Handle Customers compaints, provide appropriate supports and alternatives within the time limits; follow ups to ensure resolutions and escalate the queries to CSM for further follow-ups.
