CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST I

Role Overview TE Connectivity is seeking a Customer Service Specialist I in Bengaluru to deliver an extraordinary customer experience to our distribution partners. In this hybrid role, you will be the face and voice of TE, resolving inquiries, managing orders, and identifying growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities - Deliver an extraordinary customer experience by providing world-class support to distribution partners - Create and nurture revenue opportunities by building relationships and handling daily quoting and ordering tasks - Process and expedite orders, resolve worklist functions, and follow up on Special Price Requests - Communicate effectively with distributors through telephone, email, and chat to resolve real-time inquiries - Liaison with internal support departments including production, sales, engineering, and customer care - Collaborate with pricing teams to establish a competitive infrastructure and convert revenue streams - Participate in business meetings to gather and share insights regarding assigned distributor priorities - Work both independently and collaboratively within a global team to ensure operational success Required Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for a university degree - At least 3 years of experience in order management, customer service, or escalation handling - Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills - Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and complete multiple customer requests in a timely manner - Proactive attitude with strong critical thinking, consultative selling skills, and a passion for customer service Why Join Us At TE Connectivity, we value integrity, accountability, inclusion, innovation, and teamwork.
