Customer Service Representative

Role Overview Join Hach Company, a Veralto company, as a Customer Service Representative and play a vital role in ensuring water quality for people around the world. Based in Bengaluru in a hybrid model, you will support the India Commercial Organization by executing order processing and proposals with high precision. This role offers the opportunity to drive immediate, global impact within a supportive environment dedicated to safeguarding vital resources. Key Responsibilities - Perform high-end order processing and SFDC case management using in-depth knowledge of Oracle systems. - Review and validate customer documentation to ensure full compliance with commercial terms. - Coordinate with finance and supply chain teams for order allocations, shipment plans, and payment follow-ups. - Manage customer complaints and Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) to drive timely resolution. - Track proposal status and assist the sales team with follow-ups to improve quotes-to-order conversion rates. - Maintain excellent communication and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a consistent academic track record. - 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in order management, proposals, or customer support operations. - Strong working knowledge of Oracle, Salesforce, or equivalent ERP and CRM systems. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and adapt to varying customer needs.
