Customer Service Executive

Role Overview Tata Communications is redefining connectivity with intelligence, and we are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our network operations team in Pune. In this operational role, you will oversee network maintenance, tools administration, and quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities - Maintain, administer, upgrade, and troubleshoot network tools and hardware equipment. - Implement network installations, Medium terminations, cabling, testing, and labelling. - Proactively resolve network incidents and maintain SLA standards across services. - Conduct network vulnerability assessments and security scanning for servers and applications. - Document and track security vulnerabilities over time for operational metrics. - Keep standard operating procedures (SOPs) and network documentation up to date. Required Qualifications - Basic understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and operating systems. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for resolving network tools issues. - Familiarity with conducting vulnerability assessments or network security audits. - Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-availability, 24X7 network environment.
