Key Responsibilities - Identify potential business opportunities and customers under the guidance of the supervisor. - Collect and validate customer documentation in accordance with organizational norms and compliance checklists. - Log new cases into the financial system following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Meet the organization's requirement for sanction ratios and loan disbursements. - Cross-sell multiple financial products to address client requirements effectively. - Support managers in vendor empanelment and maintain strong business relationships. - Ensure strict adherence to internal audit requirements and RBI regulations. Required Qualifications - Under Graduate or Graduate degree in any discipline. - No prior experience required; freshers with strong interpersonal skills are welcome. - Basic understanding of customer service practices and financial validation. - Good verbal and written communication skills.
