Customer Service Executive

Working under the guidance of a supervisor, you will identify potential business opportunities, validate customer documentation, and ensure compliance. Key Responsibilities - Identify and engage potential customers for financial products and business opportunities. - Collect and validate customer documents in compliance with organization norms. - Log customer application details in the system following standard operating procedures. - Fulfill and maintain the target sanction ratios as per organizational guidelines. - Meet customer requirements and cross-sell multiple financial products and services. - Assist in the empanelment of new vendors and build strong business relationships. - Ensure strict compliance with all audit and Reserve Bank of India regulations.
