Customer Service Executive

Role Overview Tata Capital Ltd is hiring a Customer Service Executive for our retail lending division in Hyderabad. Under the leadership of a branch supervisor, you will engage with clients, collect and audit verification documents, and facilitate the loan disbursement process. Key Responsibilities - Engage with potential clients to introduce financial products and service options. - Collect and audit customer verification documents as per compliance guidelines. - Log new applications in the branch database according to standard operating procedures. - Assist in meeting the required branch loan sanction and disbursement ratios. - Identify cross-selling opportunities for additional banking and insurance products. - Support manager in empanelling new vendors and nurturing partner relationships. - Ensure strict adherence to compliance rules set by internal audit and the RBI. Required Qualifications - Graduate or undergraduate degree in any relevant field. - Fresh graduates are welcome, prior customer service experience is a plus. - Good interpersonal skills with a strong service orientation. - Familiarity with basic computer operations and spreadsheet software. - Ability to maintain compliance and documentation standards.
