In this role, you will execute billing, credit, collections, and dispute resolution processes to ensure financial compliance and accuracy. Key Responsibilities - Complete defined ship-to-collect and cash application processes to meet daily deadlines. - Verify accuracy and compliance of financial transactions with internal and external standards. - Identify billing and accounting anomalies and use judgement to resolve them. - Escalate complex financial or system issues to senior team members for resolution. - Collaborate with the credit and collections team to manage outstanding customer accounts. - Document billing and dispute activities in the company database with high precision. Required Qualifications - Strong numerical skills and high accuracy in data entry and transaction handling. - Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and personal computer skills. - Effective written and verbal communication skills for team and stakeholder interactions. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to meet operational targets.
