Configuration Lead - Demand Planning

Role Overview Algoleap is hiring a Configuration Lead - Demand Planning in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for directing configuration activities, driving solution design workshops, and delivering scalable supply chain planning solutions on the o9 platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and integration teams to deliver optimized workflows and constraint-based planning systems. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end configuration activities for o9 supply planning implementations and enhancements - Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical configurations within o9 - Configure supply planning models, workflow parameters, and planning master data structures - Collaborate with architects, developers, and integration engineers to ensure seamless system integration - Mentor junior consultants on o9 system configurations and supply chain best practices Required Qualifications - Overall 8+ years of supply chain planning experience, with 3+ years specifically in o9 platform configuration - Deep functional knowledge of demand-supply matching, inventory planning, and capacity planning - Ability to work with cross-functional and client-facing teams in Agile project environments - Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills - Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience Why Join Us Algoleap provides a dynamic space for specialists to excel in advanced analytics and enterprise planning. - 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning - 3+ years of mandatory hands-on experience in o9 Solutions configuration - Strong functional knowledge in supply balancing, inventory planning, and constraint-based planning - Experience configuring workflows, supply policies, and planning hierarchies in o9 - Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills - Experience with ERP integrations (SAP ECC/S4HANA, APO, IBP) is a plus - Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, or related field
