Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets. - Lead, motivate, and coach a team of Branch Managers to ensure high productivity and engagement. - Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities. - Manage the cluster's Profit and Loss (P&L) statement, resource allocation, and cost controls. - Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and operational procedures. - Foster strong customer relationships, address feedback, and resolve complex service issues promptly. - Prepare and present regular business performance reports and forecasts to senior management. - Champion digital adoption and innovation within the cluster to enhance operational efficiency. Required Qualifications - Proven leadership experience in branch or cluster business management within financial services. - Strong background in sales, business development, and team management in the banking sector. - Excellent strategic planning, analytical skills, and experience managing P&L statements. - Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and executive presentation capabilities. - Experience in coaching and developing high-performance teams to achieve business objectives.
