Client Experience Associate (Third Party Payroll)

Role Overview Haworth, Inc is seeking a customer-oriented Client Experience Associate (Third Party Payroll) to manage our premium showroom in Bengaluru. In this role, you will coordinate client and designer visits, execute engaging local marketing events, and ensure a world-class customer experience. You will act as the face of Haworth, projecting our brand values and fostering strong professional relationships. Key Responsibilities - Manage the showroom facility and oversee its day-to-day upkeep and mock-ups - Coordinate and host client, architect, and designer showroom tours and visits - Plan and execute marketing events including space booking, catering, and logistics - Maintain and update the stakeholder and customer database periodically - Oversee vendor contracts and services to ensure cost-effective showroom operations - Supervise receptionist, pantry, and administrative staff for attendance and duties - Assist the sales team with presentations and front-end support for walk-in clients Required Qualifications - At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a client-facing, marketing, or event management role - Strong hospitality mindset with exceptional customer service skills - Proven ability to manage premium product showrooms or customer environments - Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage architects and designers - Flexibility to work beyond regular hours for social functions and client meetings Why Join Us At Haworth, we value human connection and creative design.
