Claims Manager - Non Motor Claims

Key Responsibilities - Respond promptly and efficiently to all incoming claim requirements and ensure timely processing - Manage and oversee non-motor claims across lines of business including Fire, Engineering, Energy, Marine Cargo, Marine Hull, Miscellaneous, Motor Trade, Liability, Workmen Compensation, and Third Party Liability - Review, investigate, and adjudicate claims in accordance with policy terms and company guidelines - Coordinate with surveyors, loss adjusters, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth claim settlements - Maintain accurate claims records and provide regular reports to senior management - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal claims handling procedures Required Qualifications - Prior experience in non-motor insurance claims management is mandatory - Strong working knowledge of insurance lines such as Fire, Engineering, Marine, Liability, and Workmen Compensation - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to handle multiple claims simultaneously and work under pressure - A degree in insurance, finance, or a related field is preferred Why Join Us This is a rare chance to work with a well-established insurance company in Qatar and build a strong international career in claims management.
