Chartered Accountant - Record to Report / Accounts Payable / Order to Cash

Role Overview Genpact is inviting qualified Chartered Accountants to join its Finance and Accounting team at the Jaipur location through a walk-in drive. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for professionals with hands-on experience in closing and reporting functions across Record to Report, Accounts Payable, and Order to Cash processes. Key Responsibilities - Prepare and produce quarterly, annual, and audited statutory financial statements - Review and post month-end journal entries and perform all month-end close activities - Prepare and review balance sheet account reconciliations on a regular basis - Handle the quarterly intercompany process and resolve any balancing items - Ensure timely and accurate month-end close and financial reporting every month - Manage multiple stakeholder relationships and coordinate across finance functions - Support accounts payable, general ledger, payment processing, and cash application activities Required Qualifications - Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA); LLB and diploma graduates are not eligible - 0 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, closing, and reporting - Strong working knowledge of Record to Report, Accounts Payable, and Order to Cash processes - Proficiency in general ledger management, invoice processing, and procure-to-pay functions - Familiarity with cash applications, AR billing, and OTC billing is an advantage - Candidates must carry 2 passport-size photographs (one pasted on resume), 2 copies of updated resume, and original Aadhaar card to the walk-in interview Why Join Us Genpact is a global leader in advanced technology services, empowering over 140,000 professionals to drive AI-led transformation for enterprises worldwide.
