Channel Team Lead - EDSP, CTL EDSP

Role Overview Amazon.com is seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Channel Team Lead - EDSP to manage our Delivery Center and retail channel partners in Bengaluru. In this role, you will lead account acquisition, partner onboarding, and drive operations to achieve high performance. You will build and mentor a multi-layered team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and grow Amazon's logistics network. Key Responsibilities - Map the market to identify and acquire potential retail stores for channel partnerships - Onboard and induct new I.H.S partners and manage account relationships - Visit target retail stores regularly to coach partners on Amazon SOPs - Compile and publish routine performance reporting and operational recommendations - Lead and coach a multi-layered team to achieve delivery and volume metrics - Manage day-to-day operational escalations and support station operations - Engage with partners to improve operational efficiency and retention rates Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or MBA, preferably with a sales or telecom background - Minimum 1 year of sales, operations, or account management experience - Strong leadership, people management, and team-building capabilities - Excellent communication, presentation, and advanced Excel skills - Ability to work effectively in a customer-obsessed, fast-paced environment Why Join Us At Amazon, you will drive operational excellence in one of the world's most recognizable brands.
