Role Summary

As a Career Guide, you will understand students’ career aspirations and will guide them to enroll to the suitable course and support them throughout the admission process from walk-in till enrolment.

• Handle learner walk-ins and provide course & career guidance.
• Understand learner needs and recommend suitable programs.
• Manage the complete admission process from inquiry to enrollment.
• Build strong relationships with learners and parents.
• Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

• 1-7yrs experience in career counselling/B2C sales across the education/EdTech industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a Target-driven sales mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication & counselling skills.
