You will be key in ensuring our work remains focused on the most important and impactful needs of the business by expertly defining and coordinating

within our agile framework. The Role As a Business Analyst, your mission is to bridge the gap between business needs and the development team's execution, ensuring strategic alignment and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements
Management: Coordinate with the team on
requirements
definition, clarification, and acceptance criteria. Work closely with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners, Software Leaders, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment. Act as the Subject Matter Expert for the assigned area. Planning & Reporting: Assist in tracking the execution of features and capabilities. Prepare capacity plans and highlight execution risks to customers and stakeholders. Work and prepare periodic reports and burn-down charts to track progress. Provides transparency and radiates status to all relevant stakeholders (e.g., RTE / Lean Portfolio Management (LPM)). Quality & Expertise: Fosters the preparation of Vision and Backlogs, ensuring they are ready for Sprint/PI planning. Adhere to and foster built-in quality practices. Advise and mentor more junior team members to maximize overall productivity and effectiveness. What can you expect from us?

- You have a Computer Science Engineering qualification (B. E. or B. Tech or MTech) from a reputed university.
