Senior Vice President, Credit Line Management

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Vice President to lead our Credit Line Management division. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic oversight, development, and growth of our credit line products and portfolio. This role requires a visionary leader with deep expertise in credit risk, product lifecycle management, and business development within the financial services sector. You will drive innovation, ensure robust risk management practices, and foster strong client relationships to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for the growth, profitability, and risk management of the credit line portfolio.
• Oversee the entire credit product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch, monitoring, and optimization.
• Lead and mentor a team of credit professionals, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Establish and maintain robust credit underwriting standards, risk assessment frameworks, and portfolio monitoring processes to mitigate potential losses.
• Drive business development initiatives, identifying new market opportunities and enhancing existing client relationships to expand the credit line footprint.
• Ensure strict adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and internal policies related to credit products.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, legal, and technology teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer experience.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and trend forecasting to inform strategic decisions and product enhancements.
• Present regular performance reports, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations to senior management and executive committees.
• Manage key stakeholder relationships, including external partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
