Role Overview 2070Health is seeking a dedicated Branch Manager to oversee the operations and financial growth of the GarbhaGudi IVF Centre in Hosur. You will direct administrative workflows, lead front-office staff, and maintain high standards of patient care. Key Responsibilities - Direct clinic operations, front-office activities, and scheduling workflows daily. - Oversee the center's financial performance, budgets, billing, and P&L results. - Implement patient-centric initiatives to maximize satisfaction and resolve grievances. - Mentor, train, and manage roster allocations for the branch administrative team. - Drive business development by engaging and collaborating with referral doctors. - Monitor clinical and administrative documentation to ensure strict NABH compliance. - Coordinate with cross-functional healthcare departments to ensure seamless service. Required Qualifications - Proven administrative experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare facility. - Sound understanding of billing procedures, P&L analysis, and revenue management. - Demonstrated team management skills with ability to motivate operational staff. - Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities for medical networking. - Familiarity with clinical quality standards, HIPAA, and NABH guidelines.
