BPO Configuration Analysis Specialist

Role Overview NTT DATA is seeking a passionate and analytical BPO Configuration Analysis Specialist to join our dynamic team in Chennai. In this role, you will help our clients stay ahead of the competition by managing and optimizing provider pricing configuration on our new claims processing platform. Key Responsibilities - Configure the client system for pricing and provider contracts based on business requirements. - Evaluate configuration requirements and formulate optimized configuration approaches. - Formulate and implement rules to execute configuration activities for claims processing. - Participate in resolving health plan benefit, provider, pricing, and operational issues. - Support fee schedule changes including contract maintenance, terms, and affiliations. - Design manual test cases and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT). - Resolve coding and QA issues by managing master issue logs and change requests. - Conduct data validation and audits of existing plans and contracts in client databases. Required Qualifications - Minimum of 5 years of experience in the US healthcare claims payer domain. - Over 6 years of experience in configuring client systems for provider contract pricing. - At least 2 years of hands-on experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - High school diploma or equivalent, with associates or technical college coursework preferred. - Strong ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, project-oriented environment.
