BPO Configuration Analysis Senior Analyst

Role Overview NTT DATA is looking for a skilled and collaborative BPO Configuration Analysis Senior Analyst to join our team in Chennai. You will be responsible for managing provider pricing configuration, performing integration testing, and resolving complex operational issues. Key Responsibilities - Configure the core claims processing system for provider contract pricing. - Evaluate complex configuration requirements and formulate standard configuration approaches. - Formulate business rules to perform configuration activities for new platforms. - Resolve production support issues and perform troubleshooting on client configurations. - Maintain and update fee schedules, affiliations, and contract terms. - Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and apply adjustments from business analysts. - Create comprehensive manual test cases based on use cases and functional specifications. - Perform data validation, auditing, and maintenance of client databases. Required Qualifications - Overall 5+ years of experience in the US healthcare claims payer domain. - Over 5 years of experience configuring systems for pricing and provider contracts. - Strong proficiency in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes. - High school diploma or equivalent, with a preferred associate or technical college degree. - Ability to analyze requirements and work within a structured project environment.
