Azure Senior Data Architect

Role Overview HCLTech is seeking an Azure Senior Data Architect to lead large-scale digital and AI-driven transformation programs in Chennai. You will design target-state polyglot architectures across Java and .NET ecosystems, incorporating advanced Generative AI agent solutions. Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable enterprise data solutions. Key Responsibilities - Architect enterprise-grade GenAI agent solutions using LangChain, LangGraph, and MCP. - Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, vector stores, and knowledge graphs. - Define target-state data architectures, roadmap strategies, and integration patterns. - Lead architecture reviews and govern design patterns across multi-cloud and hybrid environments. - Develop and govern API-led connectivity, microservices, and event-driven architectures. - Review and design polyglot applications using Java (Spring Boot) and .NET ecosystems. - Define observability, containerization, and Infrastructure-as-Code standards. - Translate complex architectures into clear investment cases for executive presentation. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a technical discipline. - Deep expertise in solution, integration, data, and security architectures. - Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and container orchestration. - Knowledge of life insurance business domains and regulatory standards. - Preferred certification: Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
