AVP, Product Owner, WRB Tech

Role Overview Standard Chartered Bank is seeking an Assistant Vice President and Product Owner for WRB Tech in Bengaluru. You will co-create a multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with corporate objectives to support growth and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities - Co-create and execute a data-driven product roadmap aligned with Domain OKRs - Prioritize the Unified Backlog using market insights, user research, and advanced analytics - Champion client and stakeholder voices across the complete product lifecycle - Oversee value delivery roadmaps, release strategies, and sign-offs for product increments - Manage and mentor a team of Product Owners, ensuring alignment with organizational standards - Partner with technical leads to mitigate technical debt and balance risk and regulatory items - Manage vendor relationships and coordinate procurement processes with Supply Chain Management - Chair Quarterly Big Room Planning sessions and participate in key governance forums Required Qualifications - B.Tech, BE, or MBA in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related IT discipline - 6 to 8 years of product management experience in software or digital banking platforms - Strong experience in backlog management using tools like ADO, Confluence, and Clarity - Solid understanding of software delivery lifecycle frameworks and Change Delivery Standards - Proven leadership skills with experience managing stakeholders and vendor relationships Why Join Us We offer competitive salaries, flexible work options, 20 weeks of parental leave, and mental health support through Unmind.
