Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented quality auditor to oversee our quality control processes. You will be auditing our clients, for standard compliances, and assessing operational procedures. You may also need to train employees on quality standards. To ensure success as a quality auditor, you should possess in-depth knowledge of management system standards and extensive
experience
as a quality auditor in a similar industry. An outstanding quality auditor will be someone whose quality assessment
skills
translate into system's of exceptional quality. What does an auditor do? Auditors are specialists who review companies and organization's to ensure and validate the systems as per applicable standards. Auditors find non conformities on operating procedures and then help organization to achieve its objective. They can also act in an advisory role to recommend possible risk aversion measures. The primary responsibility of Auditor is to assist the Lead Auditor in executing day-to-day tasks associated with managing, maintaining, and continually improving the Quality Management System. The Lead interfaces with Compliance and Regulatory Affairs and other departments at all levels, with support activities provided in areas including, but not limited to document change control, training, internal and external audit, vendor management, and nonconformance file (CAPA and Deviation) management. Auditor is a compliance and solutions-oriented individual; facilitating timely management and qualitative decision making. This individual is key in advising the management and achieving business and stakeholders needs with respect to system assurance principles and practices.

Requirements:
Graduate from a reputed institute Certify EnvMS - ISO 14001:2015 Certification by the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) OR International Register of Certificated Auditors (IRCA) will be advantageous. At least three years
experience
as a quality auditor in a related industry. Proficiency in quality management software. In-depth knowledge of industry standards. Exceptional attention to detail. Advanced organizational skills. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
& Duties: Evaluate the companies existing system with the international standards
requirements
and present gap analysis report. Design the required awareness and training programs customizing on such case, and Conduct the designed programs. Conduct the internal quality audits and present internal audit report. Working as team coordinator / team leader / team member in the consultations. Co-operate with and support the team Leader Plan for the assigned
responsibilities
including the preparation of checklists Become familiar with any other documents authorized by the team Leader Arrive for the planned start of the audit Participate in the opening meeting if asked to do so Carry out assigned
responsibilities
efficiently and effectively Keep to the planned time table Document all observations and findings Communicate and clarify the audit
requirements
to the auditee Assist the team Leader to report the audit results ,including the writing of Nonconformity Reports Retain & Safeguard all documents relating to the audit Comply with the applicable audit
requirements
and regulations Maintain the confidentially of the audit and audit results Other points as applicable
