• Daily operations of the residential facility
• Managing housekeeping, security & technical teams
• Vendor coordination & AMC management
• Handling resident queries and service requests
• Monitoring DG, STP, WTP, lifts, fire systems & common area assets
• Preparing reports, checklists & ensuring compliance
• Ensuring smooth maintenance and community upkeep.

Requirements

Qualifications:

BE/B-Tech in EEE or MBA. Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical
