Associate Tax National CBS Finance FP&A Account Support

Role Overview Join EY's National Tax CBS Finance FP&A Account Support team as an Associate working across sector agnostic teams for a well-rounded professional experience. This role involves managing client relationships, engagement lifecycle operations, and critical finance and tax compliance functions. You will work on diverse projects spanning Business Tax Services, Global Compliance and Reporting, Indirect Tax, International Tax and Transaction Services. Key Responsibilities - Manage client setup, acceptance, and onboarding including background research and new client configuration in Mercury and OMS systems - Handle engagement lifecycle management including setup, PSM verification, WIP monitoring, code closure and subcontracting arrangements - Prepare and process invoices including draft invoices, reversals, foreign office invoices and SEZ billing documentation verification - Manage tax compliance functions including TDS reconciliation, tax convention forms, overseas payments through OPRS and BRET compliance submissions - Conduct business development research on potential clients and perform cost analysis, revenue tracking and utilization reporting - Support procurement processes and maintain EY IMD and GEAR compliance documentation Required Qualifications - Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Business Administration, Master of Commerce, Master of Business Administration or Post Graduate Diploma in Management - 0 to 2 years of experience in finance or related field - Strong understanding of tax compliance, GST, TDS and accounting principles - Proficiency with ERP systems, Mercury, OMS, PACE and GEAR platforms Why Join Us EY offers you exposure to diverse industries and comprehensive experience in tax and finance operations across multiple service lines.
