Associate - Tax - National - CBS - FIN - FP&A Account Support

Role Overview This Associate role in Tax and Financial Planning & Analysis Account Support focuses on managing client relationships and engagement lifecycle within EY's banking services division. You will be responsible for client setup, engagement management, invoicing, and compliance activities while working with multiple internal and external stakeholders. This position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling financial and tax-related documentation. Key Responsibilities - Manage client setup and acceptance including background research, Mercury system configuration, and OMS/PACE form submissions - Handle engagement lifecycle management including code setup, PSM verification, WIP monitoring, and code closure procedures - Prepare and manage invoicing processes including draft invoices, reversals, foreign office invoices, and SEZ billing verification - Oversee tax compliance activities including TDS reconciliation, tax convention forms, and overseas payment processing through OPRS - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports analyzing cost metrics, revenue tracking, utilization rates, and AR/WIP status - Manage procurement processes, BRET compliance, EY IMD workspace creation, and GEAR documentation uploads Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred - Finance experience of 0-2 years in accounting, taxation, or financial operations - Knowledge of ERP systems, TDS, GST, and financial reconciliation Why Join Us EY offers opportunities to work on diverse client engagements within a global professional services environment. - Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Business Administration, Master of Commerce, or Master of Business Administration - 0-2 years of finance experience - Knowledge of CBS, Cost Analysis, ERP systems - TDS and GST compliance understanding - Experience with procurement and reconciliation processes - Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments - Practical problem-solving approach with attention to detail
