Role Overview Lloyds Technology Centre India is looking for a motivated Associate Software Engineer to join its growing DevOps practice in Hyderabad. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for engineering graduates who want to build a solid foundation in DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipeline development, and modern software delivery practices. You will work closely with and under the mentorship of senior DevOps engineers, gaining hands-on experience with industry-standard tools and technologies. Key Responsibilities Assist in the design, development, and ongoing maintenance of DevOps pipelines and associated tooling. Monitor and analyse system and operational data using established budgeting and reporting protocols. Identify gaps in existing compliance processes and contribute practical fixes for immediate issues within your assigned team. Support colleagues in making effective use of communication, data management, and knowledge management platforms. Deliver against customer requirements for defined products and services by following standardised workflows and contributing to back-office support functions. Participate in change management programmes to improve existing processes and help implement prescribed outcomes. Review IT security non-compliance incidents and collaborate with the team to resolve ad hoc issues. Engage proactively in personal development through formal and informal training, and share knowledge by coaching peers when needed. Investigate queries related to ongoing programmes, processes, and procedures to support continuous improvement. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (engineering or computer science preferred) Postgraduate qualification is an added advantage 0 to 3 years of experience in software development or DevOps-related roles Familiarity with DevOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, and related tooling Basic understanding of IT security principles and compliance frameworks Exposure to data management systems and reporting tools Knowledge of change management processes and methodologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively within a team and support cross-functional collaboration Good communication skills with a willingness to learn and grow Comfort working with budgeting systems and operational protocols
