Associate Product Manager - Data Products

Role Overview Ralph Lauren, a globally recognised premium lifestyle brand with a legacy spanning over five decades, is looking for an Associate Product Manager to support its enterprise Data Product strategy. This role is integral to the company's ongoing multi-year digital and AI-driven transformation, which spans predictive buying, demand forecasting, personalisation, and omnichannel experiences. The position acts as a vital link between business stakeholders, product managers, data engineering, analytics, and governance teams, ensuring data products are well-measured, widely adopted, and continuously refined. Key Responsibilities - Define and maintain KPIs, success metrics, and performance dashboards for data products in collaboration with Product Managers - Track and report on product adoption, usage, availability, and quality metrics to highlight trends and flag issues - Conduct analytical assessments to determine whether data products are meeting intended business outcomes - Work alongside Product Managers to engage business stakeholders and translate their needs into structured analytical requirements - Provide data-backed insights, usage findings, and impact assessments to support stakeholder communications - Assist in tracking value realization metrics such as efficiency gains, process improvements, and decision support outcomes - Identify early signals of low adoption, misalignment, or data quality issues and escalate as needed - Support the full data product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iterative improvements - Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to validate metric definitions and outputs - Partner with governance teams to monitor data quality, consistency, and reliability Required Qualifications - 4 to 7 or more years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, business analytics, or a related field - Proven experience working with enterprise data, analytics platforms, or data products - Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings clearly - Demonstrated experience collaborating with product managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams - Solid understanding of data engineering, business intelligence, and analytics concepts - Familiarity with Agile or product-based delivery models is preferred - Experience in retail, consumer goods, or digital commerce environments is an advantage - Exposure to cloud-based data platforms is a plus Why Join Us Ralph Lauren fosters a culture of inclusion, fairness, and belonging where every voice is amplified and valued.
