Associate Principal Engineer - Salesforce Health Cloud Architect

We are now looking for a seasoned Salesforce Health Cloud Architect to join our team as an Associate Principal Engineer and drive large-scale enterprise healthcare implementations. Key Responsibilities - Design and govern end-to-end Salesforce Health Cloud solution architecture for enterprise healthcare clients, ensuring scalability, security, and regulatory compliance - Own the overall Health Cloud technical strategy including Patient and Member Profiles, Care Plans, Care Programs, Care Teams, Health Timelines, Assessments, Care Gaps, and Utilization Management - Define and manage integration architecture using REST and SOAP APIs, middleware, and healthcare data standards such as FHIR and HL7 - Review and approve high-level and low-level technical designs in line with enterprise architecture standards and Salesforce best practices - Lead all phases of the delivery lifecycle including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support - Provide technical governance through design and code reviews, manage architectural risks, and reduce technical debt - Mentor and guide multi-shore Salesforce teams including developers, admins, QA engineers, and offshore delivery personnel - Collaborate with program managers to manage project scope, timelines, risks, and delivery commitments - Drive innovation through proof-of-concept initiatives and adoption of new Salesforce Health Cloud features and platform enhancements - Participate in roadmap planning, release strategy sessions, and long-term platform evolution discussions Required Qualifications - 9 or more years of total experience with a strong focus on Salesforce Health Cloud architecture - Hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Salesforce APIs - Deep understanding of EHR and EMR integrations, payer and provider workflows, and patient or member lifecycle management - Solid knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements including HIPAA and PHI data handling - Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Copado, Git, Azure DevOps, and Jenkins - Strong ability to translate complex healthcare business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions - Proven track record as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, architects, and senior leadership - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology in any specialization Why Join Us At Nagarro, you will be part of a dynamic, non-hierarchical work culture that encourages innovation and collaboration across global teams. - 9+ years of experience in Salesforce with a Health Cloud Architect focus - Strong hands-on skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Triggers, and Batch Apex - Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud features including Care Plans, Care Teams, and Utilization Management - Knowledge of HIPAA and PHI compliance in healthcare implementations - Expertise in EHR/EMR integrations and healthcare data standards like FHIR and HL7 - Experience with REST and SOAP APIs and middleware integration architecture - Proficiency with CI/CD and DevOps tools such as Copado, Git, Azure DevOps, and Jenkins - Leadership experience managing multi-shore development and QA teams - Strong communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders and business leaders - B.Tech or B.E. degree in any engineering specialization
