Associate Operations Finance

Role Overview As an Associate in Operations within the CBS Finance team at EY, you will support the delivery of exceptional quality services by providing operational excellence and financial controls. You will work collaboratively across teams to ensure efficient operations, manage expense processes, and maintain strong internal control functions that contribute to EY's growth and profitability. - 1 or more years of internal audit experience - Bachelor of Commerce or Business Administration - Master of Commerce or Master of Business Administration (preferred) - Post Graduate Diploma in Management (preferred) - Certification in Data Analytics (preferred) - Expert level Microsoft Excel skills - Strong PowerPoint presentation skills - Power BI knowledge - Expense vouching and analysis experience - Knowledge of internal audit, risk and control functions - Strong communication and presentation abilities - Ability to work in collaborative teams - Practical problem solving skills - Agile and adaptable mindset
