Associate Marketing Manager, Beauty, Personal Care and Luxury Beauty

Role Overview Amazon.com is searching for a creative and analytical Associate Marketing Manager to join our Beauty and Luxury Beauty category team in Bengaluru. In this position, you will drive customer engagement, formulate site-wide launch strategies, and design online customer experiences. You will own key traffic channels, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns to grow the business. Key Responsibilities - Formulate and execute marketing plans for new beauty product launches and events - Manage multiple traffic channels including Outbound, Affiliate marketing, SEO, and SEM - Develop promotions and coordinate with Category and In-stock Managers - Design, deploy, and optimize customer journeys and monthly category assets - Conduct A/B testing and analyze data to improve customer conversion rates - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and leverage opportunities - Monitor and report campaign performance metrics directly to management Required Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of professional marketing experience (excluding internships) - High proficiency in Excel or Tableau for data analysis and visualization - Strong analytical capabilities with experience in customer behavior tracking - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - Experience working with Content Management Systems is preferred Why Join Us At Amazon, you will have a direct impact on the shopping experience of millions of consumers.
