Job Description

Role Overview Join Genpact as an Associate in Property and Casualty Insurance Underwriting where you will review, validate, and process insurance underwriting data with precision and accuracy. This role is crucial in supporting our insurance operations team by ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements while maintaining excellent client communication standards. Key Responsibilities - Review and validate P&C insurance underwriting information for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards - Process underwriting cases in accordance with established guidelines, underwriting rules, and regulatory requirements - Communicate with clients and stakeholders to gather missing information and clarifications needed for claim adjudication - Identify, flag, and escalate errors, discrepancies, or incomplete documentation for correction or resolution - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and comprehensive documentation for all processed cases - Support team members in resolving basic claim issues and escalate complex cases to senior staff appropriately Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance, Risk Management, or Insurance, or Master's degree in Statistics - Relevant insurance certifications preferred such as Associate in Claims, Associate in Reinsurance, Certified Compliance Officer, Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager, or Certified Risk Professional - Strong knowledge of Property and Casualty Insurance and underwriting processes Why Join Us Genpact is a leader in AI and digital transformation, helping global enterprises solve complex business challenges.
