Associate Deal Desk Specialist

Role Overview Convera is seeking an Associate Deal Desk Specialist to join our payment operations team in Pune. In this role, you will process B2B cross-border transaction requests with high data entry accuracy, supporting sales and treasury partners. Key Responsibilities - Process and enter customer transactions received via email and internal cases accurately. - Communicate with customers directly using internal case management systems. - Coordinate transaction-related requests with Customer Care and Treasury partners. - Resolve client inquiries in a fast-paced environment within defined service level agreements (SLAs). - Escalate out-of-scope, complex, or sensitive transaction requests with clear supporting details. - Maintain comprehensive transaction logs and documentation for quality assurance. - Identify process friction points and suggest improvements to senior team members. Required Qualifications - Prior experience in operational, administrative, or customer-facing roles. - High attention to detail and strong data entry skills. - Effective written and verbal communication skills in English. - Customer-centric mindset with a focus on service accuracy and time management.
