Role Overview Amazon is seeking a bilingual Associate with Japanese language skills to join our Pricing Analytics & Operations team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Key Responsibilities - Monitor and ensure the accuracy of pricing analytics and operations through audits. - Audit operation team outputs and system metrics to identify performance trends. - Suggest and implement process and system improvements to boost efficiency. - Interact with automation and technology teams to drive operational excellence. - Track and maintain quality metrics of assigned workflows and retail processes. - Ensure Amazon remains highly competitive with the best prices in the e-commerce space. - Translate Amazon's core values into everyday customer-centric practices. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree completed or enrolled (2026 graduates are welcome to apply). - Minimum JLPT N4 or above certification in Japanese Language is mandatory. - High attention to detail and ability to work in a dynamic team setting. - Ability to audit complex system outputs and analyze operational data. - Excellent communication and time management skills.
