Assistant Manager

Role Overview PepsiCo is looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager to support our field sales and customers in Hyderabad. This critical role ensures smooth customer activation processes, precise account maintenance, and efficient document collection. You will collaborate across multiple departments to optimize sales workflows and maintain outstanding service levels. Key Responsibilities - Manage the SPA inbox to ensure requests are resolved within a forty-eight hour SLA. - Partner with various functions to update client names, addresses, and route schedules. - Collect, validate, and submit credit applications, resale certificates, and W9 forms. - Ensure customers are accurately attached to correct price groups and key accounts. - Transition customers to appropriate payment methods and handle bank authorization forms. - Coordinate with supplier data management teams to process vendor packets and tax forms. - Create mass account setups or ownership changes as aligned with sales leadership. Required Qualifications - Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, or a related business field. - Five to seven years of experience in data analytics or customer activation. - Strong proficiency in using SAP, Oracle, or comparable enterprise ERP platforms. - Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel. - Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines and meet operational SLAs. - Exceptional written and oral communication skills in fluent English.
