Role Overview
CellarStone Inc. is a globally recognised software company delivering sales commission management and data integration solutions across 65+ industries. They are looking for a Customer Support L1 professional to join their hybrid team in Chennai and provide application support to international clients using their suite of products including QCommission, Easy-Commission, and QXchange.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries from global clients through email, chat, and phone in a clear and professional manner
- Troubleshoot application and technical issues by analysing logs, data, and system configurations
- Document resolutions, maintain knowledge base articles, and escalate complex issues to development or product teams
- Guide customers through product features, setup steps, and best practices to ensure smooth adoption
- Participate in product testing for reported issues and collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer experience
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a Customer Support or L1 Support role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for international client interaction
- Working knowledge of SQL and MS Excel for data analysis and troubleshooting
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts as required by business operations
- Solid technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes efficiently
- Experience with ticketing tools is an added advantage
