Appian Consultant

Role Overview Infosys is looking for a skilled Appian Consultant to join its growing digital transformation practice. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in Appian low-code development, business process management, and enterprise application delivery. This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale BPM projects across multiple locations including Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, and Chennai. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade applications on the Appian Low-Code Platform - Gather and translate business requirements into scalable Appian solutions including SAIL Interfaces, Process Models, Business Rules, Records, Reports, and Dashboards - Implement workflow automation and process optimisation solutions to support digital transformation goals - Build integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, and web services - Develop reusable components following Appian best practices and coding standards - Perform application troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support - Participate in code reviews and collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and project managers throughout the SDLC - Work within Agile and Scrum delivery frameworks Required Qualifications - 3 to 15 years of hands-on experience with the Appian BPM Platform - Proficiency in SAIL Forms and Interfaces, Appian Process Models, Records, Reports, Expression Rules, and Integration Objects - Solid understanding of BPM concepts and workflow automation principles - Experience with SQL databases and data modelling - Working knowledge of REST and SOAP web services and API integrations - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - B.Tech or B.E. in any engineering specialisation Why Join Us Infosys is a globally recognised technology leader offering a dynamic work environment, continuous learning opportunities, and the chance to contribute to high-impact digital transformation projects across industries such as Banking, Healthcare, Insurance, and Telecom.

- 3 to 15 years of experience with Appian BPM Platform - Expertise in SAIL Forms, Process Models, Records, Reports, and Expression Rules - Experience building integrations using REST, SOAP, and API web services - Knowledge of SQL databases and data modelling - Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - B.Tech or B.E. in any specialisation - Preferred: Experience with Appian Sites, Document Management, and Case Management - Preferred: Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and Appian deployment strategies - Preferred: Domain exposure in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, or Telecom - Preferred: Familiarity with cloud-based implementations and microservices architecture
