Anaplan Associate

Role Overview Spaulding Ridge is seeking an Anaplan Associate to join our growing Anaplan Delivery Team in Bengaluru. In this mid-senior level role, you will help global organizations gain financial and operational clarity by implementing Anaplan as a best-in-class cloud solution. You will have the opportunity to interact directly with clients, translate business challenges into sophisticated models, and obtain recognized Anaplan certifications. Key Responsibilities - Interact directly with clients to analyze business needs and translate them into sophisticated Anaplan multi-dimensional models. - Support implementations, upgrades, roll-outs, and support activities for Anaplan projects focused on FP&A, Supply Chain, or Sales Performance Management. - Provide configuration reviews, mentor junior analysts, and contribute to project and team documentation. - Deliver Anaplan training to clients and stay updated with the latest Anaplan technologies and industry best practices. Required Qualifications - Five to seven years of professional experience, with at least five years of hands-on modeling experience in Anaplan. - Proven experience with a minimum of two end-to-end implementations on Anaplan. - Strong functional knowledge of Financial Planning and Analysis processes, supply chain management, or sales performance management. - Proficient in Excel spreadsheet modeling, formulas, and functions. - Five to seven years of professional experience, with at least five years of hands-on Anaplan modeling - Minimum of two end-to-end Anaplan implementations (FP&A, SCM, or SPM) - Deep understanding of multi-dimensional modeling and database concepts - Proficient in Excel spreadsheet modeling, functions, and formulas - Excellent communication and presentation skills with stakeholders - Experience working in an onshore-offshore development model
