Analytics Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Analytics and Solutions Engineer to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in helping organizations transform data into actionable business insights while also building lightweight internal applications that improve business processes and decision-making. The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, and excited about solving business problems through data visualization, automation, and modern application development tools.

• What you'll be doing:
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports and KPIs using modern BI tools
• Build and optimize semantic data models for scalable reporting and analytics
• Write efficient SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets
• Develop lightweight internal business applications using modern low-code and AI-assisted

development tools

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and recommend

analytical solutions

• Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and ensure data accuracy across reports and

applications

• Basic Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, Data Analytics etc.
• B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Data Science, or related

engineering discipline from a Tier-1 institute (IITs, NITs, BITS Pilani, IIITs, etc.)

• Strong proficiency in SQL, query optimization, and relational databases
• Hands-on experience with or more BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Sigma

Computing, or similar

• Experience with Python for data analysis, scripting, and automation
• Basic understanding of web application development concepts including front-end, back-end,

databases, authentication, and deployment

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Passion for learning emerging AI technologies and applying them to solve business problems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building internal business tools, workflow automation platforms, or data-driven

applications using modern development frameworks, low-code platforms, or AI-assisted coding

tools

• Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative software development practices
• Familiarity with modern application frameworks such as React, Next.js, Streamlit, FastAPI, Flask,

or similar technologies

• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, Data Analytics, etc.
• B.Tech in CS, IT, Electronics, Data Science, or related discipline from a Tier-1 institute (IITs, NITs, BITS Pilani, IIITs, etc.)
