Job Description

Role Overview Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Workday Recruiting Lead Analyst to drive the configuration, solution design, and enhancement of Workday Recruit. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and global technology teams to optimize the recruiter and candidate journey. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead technology adoption, standardize processes, and implement integrations in a global, matrixed organization. Key Responsibilities - Lead the end-to-end configuration and functional design of Workday Recruiting, including requisitions, pipelines, interviews, offers, and custom business processes - Translate complex global business requirements into secure, scalable Workday Recruiting solutions and maintain comprehensive functional documentation - Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize integrations with third-party recruiting tools such as HireVue, LinkedIn Recruiting, and HiredScore - Execute unit and regression testing, coordinate User Acceptance Testing, and manage defect resolution to ensure reliable change delivery - Create change enablement materials, including training guides and release notes, to ensure consistent adoption of Workday features - Provide production support, perform root-cause analysis on incidents, and implement permanent solutions for system issues Required Qualifications - Bachelor degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Extensive hands-on experience in configuring and optimizing Workday Recruiting within an enterprise environment - Strong understanding of Core Workday HCM concepts, including organization structures, roles, business processes, and reporting - Demonstrated experience integrating Workday Recruit with third-party platforms like HireVue, HiredScore, or LinkedIn Recruiting - Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical business partners Why Join Us At Johnson & Johnson, you will be part of a team dedicated to advancing healthcare and impacting humanity while growing your career in an inclusive, values-driven culture. Requirements

- Bachelor degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or a related field - Proven hands-on experience configuring and optimizing Workday Recruiting in an enterprise environment - Strong understanding of Workday Core and HCM foundations, including organizations, roles, and business processes - Experience supporting recruiting tools such as HireVue, LinkedIn Recruiting, HiredScore, or similar platforms - Strong requirements gathering, functional documentation, and testing/release execution skills - Ability to work effectively across geographies and time zones in a global matrixed environment
