AI Product Manager

Role Overview Triomics is building the agentic AI layer for oncology electronic health records, replacing manual clinical data processing with task-driven AI agents that operate inside EMR systems with over 95 percent accuracy at scale. We are seeking an AI Product Manager who can work at the crossroads of LLM engineering, oncology data, and product strategy. This is not a conventional PM role involving spec writing alone. You will be expected to deeply understand the AI systems you help build, prototype solutions independently, and collaborate closely with NLP and AI engineering teams to deliver production-grade AI agents. Key Responsibilities - Own AI agent problem decomposition by understanding LLM-based agents in healthcare, defining reliability standards, setting evaluation metrics, running evaluations, and iterating on results end-to-end - Develop a deep understanding of cancer patient data including pathology reports, treatment records, genomics, and clinical notes to formulate precise, clinically grounded problem statements with the NLP team - Build prototypes and proof-of-concept tools using platforms like Cursor or Claude Code, and design internal applications to evaluate AI model outputs - Collaborate with product managers to integrate AI capabilities into user-facing workflows and design genuinely AI-native user experiences - Oversee the complete AI lifecycle including annotation definition, output quality assurance, failure mode identification, and driving mitigation strategies with AI engineering teams - Coordinate with data annotation teams to ensure labeling quality and support continuous model improvement Required Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management with at least 1.5 years directly working on AI or ML products - Hands-on familiarity with AI engineering concepts such as RAG pipelines, LLM agents, MCPs, LLM APIs, and evaluation frameworks - Comfortable using tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms to independently build quick prototypes and evaluation applications - Proven experience translating messy real-world data into well-defined ML and NLP problem statements - Strong grasp of how LLM-based agents function, how to decompose complex workflows into agent architectures, and how to evaluate their production reliability - Excellent cross-functional communication skills spanning AI engineering, product, design, and data annotation teams - Self-directed with a strong bias toward action and a willingness to prototype and investigate without waiting for direction Why Join Us The AI solutions you build at Triomics directly accelerate cancer research and improve patient outcomes on a global scale.
