In this execution-heavy individual contributor role, you will work closely with founders and product managers to transition fast-moving ideas into production-ready scalable platforms. - 3 to 7 years of full stack engineering experience building production-ready applications - Solid proficiency in React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python - Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, caching layers, message queues, and API integrations - Familiarity with LLM APIs, structured outputs, prompt workflows, and orchestration frameworks - Demonstrated ability to write clean, refactored, and modular code with strong testing and observability
