Advance Analyst - GDS Finance Operations

Role Overview This is a Financial Analyst position within EY's Global Delivery Services focused on finance operations and billing management. You will play a critical role in analyzing financial data, overseeing billing operations, and serving as a bridge between Finance and Business teams to ensure seamless financial processes across multiple markets. Key Responsibilities - Collect, analyze, and disseminate financial data to management in a timely and organized manner - Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations based on detailed data analysis for leadership review - Oversee billing operations for assigned teams, maintaining accuracy and operational efficiency standards - Develop, implement, and enforce billing procedures and policies across multiple markets - Manage accounts receivable processes and act as mediator between Finance and Business teams to resolve overdue invoice issues - Serve as primary point of contact for inquiries related to financial operations and billing processes - Coordinate with various departments to ensure accurate and compliant billing operations - Assist in strategic planning and implementation of new or existing information systems - Develop and execute financial plans aligned with organizational goals and objectives Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in any discipline or higher qualification - 3 to 6 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or operations roles - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with ability to create leadership-ready presentations - Demonstrated experience in accounts receivable management and billing operations - Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills with ability to interpret unstructured data - Strong communication and presentation abilities both written and verbal - Project management capabilities and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments - Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, or Power Pivot is advantageous Why Join Us EY is a global leader in professional services offering diverse career opportunities in a collaborative environment.
