Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Passion for learning IT tools, system automation, and customer support processes. - Familiarity with basic database management, programming, or script execution. - Analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose technical issues systematically. - Strong team-working abilities and verbal communication in English.
