Accounts Receivable Executive - Urology Division

Role Overview Meril is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive to join the Finance and Accounts team for its Urology Division in Mumbai. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely recovery of outstanding payments from distributors, hospitals, and institutional clients. You will work closely with internal sales and finance teams to maintain healthy cash flow and minimise overdue receivables. Key Responsibilities - Follow up with distributors, hospitals, and institutional customers for outstanding payment recovery - Monitor customer-wise aging reports and maintain up-to-date collection trackers - Ensure all collections are completed within agreed credit terms and flag overdue accounts promptly - Build and maintain strong working relationships with key distributors and hospital accounts - Resolve payment-related queries by coordinating with relevant internal and external stakeholders - Track pending invoices, debit notes, and credit notes that affect collections - Collaborate with Regional, Area, and Territory Sales Managers to recover overdue amounts - Perform customer ledger reconciliations and support payment dispute resolution - Prepare weekly and monthly collection MIS reports for management review - Ensure compliance with company credit policies and support audit processes related to receivables Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Master's in Commerce (M.Com), or MBA in Finance preferred - 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Credit Control, or Distributor Management - Prior experience in Medical Devices, Pharma, Healthcare, Diagnostics, or FMCG sectors is a strong advantage - Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Zoho - Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder communication skills Why Join Us Meril is a fast-growing healthcare company with a strong presence across medical devices and diagnostics, offering you the opportunity to build a meaningful career at the intersection of finance and healthcare. - B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance qualification - 2 to 6 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Collections - Experience in Medical Devices, Pharma, Healthcare, or FMCG preferred - Strong follow-up and negotiation skills - Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Zoho - Knowledge of accounts reconciliation and credit control processes - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities - Ability to prepare MIS reports and track collection KPIs
