Accounts Receivable Caller - Denial Management and Prior Authorization

Role Overview Credence Resource Management is hiring AR Executives with hands-on experience in Medical Revenue Cycle Management for its Pune operations. This is a full-time permanent opportunity suited for professionals who have a strong command of denial management, prior authorization, and HIPAA-compliant payment posting in a US healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities - Manage and resolve claim denials with thorough understanding of denial and remarks codes - Perform HIPAA-compliant auto and manual payment posting accurately and on time - Execute daily payment posting batch reconciliation and manage offsets, forward balances, and refund processing - Handle ERA and EOB codes with clear understanding of insurance types, balance billing, and coordination of benefits - Support secondary billing processes during cash posting activities - Manage prior authorization workflows and ensure correct AR assignment - Ensure full compliance with company, departmental, and regulatory requirements related to payment posting procedures Required Qualifications - Minimum 1 year of experience in Medical Revenue Cycle Management - Sound knowledge of denial management and prior authorization processes - Familiarity with ERA, EOB, insurance types, and balance billing concepts - Willingness to work in US shift timings - Good verbal and written communication skills - Basic proficiency in MS Office - Experience with Imagine Systems and AdvancedMD is an added advantage Why Join Us Credence Resource Management offers a dynamic work environment with 780 open positions, giving candidates immediate placement opportunities in the US healthcare RCM domain.
