Accounts Receivable Caller

Role Overview Supreme Computers India Pvt Ltd is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Caller to join their Finance team in Chennai. This is a full-time, permanent role suited for candidates with hands-on experience in collections, AR calling, and credit control. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely recovery of outstanding dues while maintaining professional relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities - Follow up with customers through phone, email, or visits to collect payment on outstanding invoices - Ensure timely recovery of receivables in line with agreed credit terms and company policies - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, follow-ups, payments received, and disputes raised - Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies related to billing or payments - Coordinate with internal sales and finance teams on overdue and disputed accounts - Prepare daily and weekly collection reports along with aging analysis for management review - Escalate high-risk or chronically delinquent accounts to senior staff or management as required - Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and applicable legal guidelines Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline - 2 to 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or credit control functions - Prior exposure to B2B or B2C collections is an added advantage - Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills - Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting or ERP software systems - Good organisational skills with keen attention to detail and a customer-first attitude Why Join Us Supreme Computers India Pvt Ltd offers a stable and growth-oriented work environment within the IT Services and Consulting sector.
